Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Standard U.S. delivery usually takes 5–10 business days after the order is placed.

Orders of $59 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

If you are ordering for a wedding or special event, we recommend ordering early to allow extra time for possible carrier delays.

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED, INCOMPLETE, OR INCORRECT?

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is damaged, missing, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible through our Contact page.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Once confirmed, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

Except where required by applicable law, we do not accept returns or exchanges for non-quality reasons, including change of mind, event cancellation, or ordering the wrong product, color, size, style, or quantity. Personalized and custom-made products are final sale.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect, please email support@susuwedding.com as soon as possible. Visible shipping damage must be reported within 24 hours, missing or incorrect items within 48 hours, and manufacturing defects within 7 calendar days and before the product is used.
