Returns

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:
– Items must be unused and in original packaging
– Products should be returned in their original condition
– Personalized or custom items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective

Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:
– Damaged items
– Defective products
– Incorrect items received

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with photos and your order information.

We will review the issue and do our best to provide a replacement or an appropriate solution.

Exchanges

We currently accept exchanges only for the same item and variation, subject to stock availability.

If you would like a different product or style, we recommend placing a new order after your return has been processed.

Some of our products may also be purchased through Amazon.

For orders placed on Amazon, returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled directly through Amazon according to Amazon’s return policies and procedures.
